Polyurethane Foam Core

A layer of polyurethane foam bolsters noise suppression and delivers insulation up to four times better than typical wood doors. It also serves as a unifying agent, anchoring all interior components securely for added resilience.

Door edge with multi-point locking bolts

Adjustable Hinge Plate

A specialized hinge plate is embedded in the door slab, allowing convenient adjustments in any direction without taking the door off the frame. A simple screwdriver is all that’s needed for quick modifications at any point.

Exterior door with a deadbolt and lever handle lockset

Reinforced Lock Block Area

Incorporating a composite lock block helps ensure secure hardware installation and strengthens the door’s overall structure. Compared to wood, the reinforced block delivers superior screw‑holding capacity.

Door deadbolt hardware with a Grade 40 security rating

Full Steel-Edge Perimeter

With a steel-edge design, these doors surpass the toughest forced-entry benchmarks in the industry. To achieve a Grade 40 certification, a door must endure over seven blows from a 100‑pound test weight.
