Multiple 3/4″ cross supports are positioned at the front, back, and beneath drawers for added stability, while the cabinet box is constructed from 3/4″ plywood with all four sides edge-banded. Inside, 3/4″ adjustable plywood shelves provide flexible storage. A 4 1/2″ high recessed toe kick area allows for ergonomic access. The drawer boxes feature dovetail construction in a standard 5/8″ solid wood, supported by a 3/8″ plywood bottom, and they operate on full-extension undermount soft-close drawer slides. Doors and drawer fronts are made from 3/4″ MDF melamine, available in textured woodgrain, matte, or high-gloss finishes, and are paired with 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges for smooth operation and easy alignment.
